1-Year Limited Warranty
At LAQARE, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to help our customers with eligible manufacturing-related issues and repairs.
Warranty Coverage
If your LAQARE jewelry is damaged or develops an issue during the warranty period, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where eligible, assist with repairing the jewelry.
• Loose or missing stones caused by a manufacturing or setting issue
• Broken or damaged prongs resulting from a manufacturing defect
• Structural issues related to the original craftsmanship
• Other manufacturing-related defects affecting the jewelry
Warranty eligibility is determined after the jewelry has been inspected by our team.
How the Warranty Repair Works
To process a warranty repair:
1. Contact LAQARE Customer Support and provide your order number and details of the issue.
2. Our team will review your request and provide repair instructions.
3. If the item is eligible for warranty service, you will need to ship the jewelry to our factory in India for inspection and repair.
4. Once we receive the jewelry, our team will inspect the item and determine the appropriate repair.
5. After the repair is completed, we will arrange for the jewelry to be shipped back to you.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our factory for warranty inspection and repair.
This includes the cost of shipping the jewelry to our factory in India and the cost of shipping the repaired jewelry back to the customer.
What Is Not Covered
The 1-Year Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
• Accidental damage, impact, or bending
• Loss or theft of the jewelry
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or surface wear
• Improper use, storage, or handling
• Damage caused by chemicals, cleaning products, chlorine, or other harsh substances
• Unauthorized repairs, alterations, resizing, or modifications performed by another jeweler
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date the jewelry is delivered to the original purchaser.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Inspection & Repair
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by LAQARE. If an issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, we will provide the applicable repair service.
If the issue is determined to be outside the scope of the warranty, we will contact you before proceeding with any chargeable repair.
